Getting Involved as a Doctoral Student
Prospective Doctoral Students:
Rachel Arnett is part of the Organizational Behavior (OB) group, a subgroup within the Wharton Management Department. Here are a few key recommendations for PhD applicants:
-
Apply Annually: We encourage candidates to apply every year, as we continually seek promising individuals.
-
Highlight Faculty Interests: Students in our program work with multiple faculty members. As part of your application, list two or more faculty members you are interested in working with. For instance, if you are interested in Organizational Behavior, consider listing at least two OB faculty members you are interested in working with and specific ideas that you would work with them on. This helps understand your research alignment. The Management faculty list is available here.
